Many people come to me because small lines form on the bridge of their nose when they laugh, and they notice them in photos. With botulinum toxin I relax the small muscles that bunch up the skin there. The aim is a smoother nose when you laugh.

Where do Bunny Lines come from?
When you laugh or wrinkle your nose, a small muscle bunches up the skin on the bridge of your nose. Often people only notice these lines once their frown lines or crow’s feet have been treated.
What happens at the appointment?
First I ask you to wrinkle your nose, and I look at where the lines form. We talk about what you would like, and I explain everything to you in person. If everything is right for you, I treat you straight away in the same appointment, with a very fine needle. It only takes a few minutes.
When does it take effect, and how long does it last?
After a few days you notice that the lines form less strongly when you laugh. After 14 days the effect is complete. The effect usually lasts three to six months.

Is this the same treatment as for frown lines?
No. For frown lines I treat the muscles between the brows, for Bunny Lines the small muscles on the nose. The two often go well together.
Will I still look natural?
Most people look more relaxed afterwards. We decide together how strongly to treat, because this can be adjusted through the dose.
Can I go straight back to work?
Yes, you can go straight back to work afterwards. The tiny needle marks are usually barely visible after just a few minutes. That is why an appointment before work or during your lunch break works well too.
What should I keep in mind after the treatment?
In the first 4 hours after treatment, please do not lie down. On the day of treatment, no make-up and no alcohol, and do not touch, rub or massage the injection sites.
